In this project, you will be using Snowflake Cortex AI functions to analyze customer feedback, classify support tickets, and extract insights from business documents through hands-on SQL exercises. You'll work with real datasets containing customer reviews, support messages, and contracts—applying AI-powered sentiment analysis, text classification, summarization, translation, and semantic search capabilities directly within SQL.
Each AI function is presented in a structured three-part format: a brief overview of what it does, executable SQL code you'll run yourself, and key insights for production implementation. You'll start with simple sentiment analysis and progress to advanced workflows that combine multiple functions—like analyzing customer emotions, routing tickets automatically, extracting contract terms, and generating multilingual responses.
The project emphasizes practical, hands-on learning where you write and execute every SQL query yourself.
